Am i cut or uncut...look at my pics...

the skin looks a bit weird, but that's probably because you're rolling and squeezing it in the pics. if you were cut it was a very loose cut. however to be sure look at your erected penis in a good light, with pulled back foreskin and search for a scarline around it. if you don't find anything - you're uncut.
 
There is a very simple and sure way to know if you were cut : look at the "continuity" of your "raphe", this very thin line that goes from the scrotum to your frenulum, on the lower side of your penis.

If the raphe suddenly goes slant, or is interrupted about 1 or 2 inches before the frenulum, you've been circumcised. Generally you can see a light brown ring that goes around the shaft from this point : your circumcision scar).

If there is nothing, or if it only somewhat "widens" on about 1 inch (at the place where your foreskin was ripped of the head when someone forcibly retracted your skin during infancy), you're uncut.

Some people have got absolutely no foreskin covering the head of the penis from their birth. This light "abnormity" has got a name : "aposthia" (that means : whithout skin" in greek). Two friends of mine had this particularity, anyone could think they're cut. Of course they haven't got any problem to retract !

On the opposite, long, and more precisely very long foreskins with an '"acroposthion" (the little snout at the end of the skin) are generally in connection with a (too) short frenulum that often doesn't allow easy retracting : not only the frenulum is too short, which doesn't allow full uncovering, but furthermore the very long retracted skin accumulates its folds just behind the head of the penis, thus creating a "turtle neck".

In your case, from my various approaches with uncut dicks of all sorts, I would say that you're a "short foreskinned" uncut guy. You're a lucky man, you know ? !!!
 
I completely understand what you're coming from because every dick i've seen online looks ALOT different from mine so i was wondering if there was something wrong with mine but basically if your skin covers the head then its uncut.

Can't say that this applies for me. I'm cut and the continuity is more or less perfect.

As far as to our OP, if you can't ask a simple question like that to your parents, you and your parents need to hang out more and bond. You can tell a good parent when very little makes you nervous/uncomfortable in conversation. And i'm sure there are good casual ways of asking anyways. Just think about it a bit. That's the simplest way. But I do agree with others, you're pry uncut.
 
you are half cut. i was half cut and i have a foreskin, like you, but not enough to cover my head. if you were cut you couldnt pull the skin up and it you were uncut you would be albe to cover your head without streatching
 
I say cut. If you don't have the thin piece of tissue that connects near the piss slit to the foreskin then it has been removed. I clipped my own and it lets my fore skin retract way back.
 
as someone who used to be uncut i'd say you are uncut but, why would anyone be asking you about your circumcison status?

I just wanted to tell you that you're not the only one. I don't have any pics, but I always wondered myself. Well, I have a long scar, so obviously a lot was cut, but I still have a lot of skin, I look just like your pictures. What do you tell people when they ask in my case? I mean I'm cut, but I guess I just have so much skin that I ended up looking uncut... If I say cut, later in bed they're like "liar!", if I say uncut, they're like "hey you have a cut mark..."
