Lauren is definitely the dark horse of this season!

But we gotta give the girl credit. She looks way better now with the new hair. I mean, still pretty fug, but light years ahead of what she looked like last week!

I felt bad for Lauren too. Welll, better to hear it from Jaslene than freakin' Saleisha.

Wow, I'm really loving Katarzyna. But now I jinxed it and she'll be eliminated.

And I don't understand why they choose crappy pictures for unexplained reasons. I'm sure Marvita had a better shot than what they decided to show us.

Omg Fatima's walk is horrible... She needs to see some Dragqueen Therapist to teach her how to work it! Guuurrrrrlll you need to do better than that if you want to win.

Poor Lauren, she's so awkward like Brittanny from cycle 8. They both take gorgeous photos but have the lousiest runway walk.

I wonder if these girls know that they have horrible walks. Watch some fashion shows for crying out loud.

Marvita is still one of my faves, although I don't know why Tyra pick that photo of her, she may have something better.

Sorry, a little late to the thread, but I'm a huge ANTM fan. I would love to know where Tyra gets her ideas for the make overs from. What she did to Stacy-Anne was among the worst make overs in ANTM history.

I'd like to see Fatima go next. I really don't like her. She's such a bitch...and not the fun type. I hope thats her real personality that I hate, and not something the producers have edited to insanity to make a villain (which, let's face it, it more than likely is. ANTM editors = brilliant.).

Claire was such a bitch and I really hate the catty girl group she's formed with Lauren & Whitney. It was really mean when they were talking shit about Dominique while she was 6 feet away from them in her bed.

Anya is really becoming a favorite of mine this season so far (and how HOT was Nigel tonight????)

Can't wait for next week's go-sees (aren't they doing the go sees a little early this season??)

i missed tonight's episode, although from the reviews, i gather i didn't miss too much. that's been a theme this entire cycle...

i'm excited to hear next week is go-sees, but - xyboyms - it's not unprecented to do go-sees before the international destination.

in cycle 3 (still in NY), they had go-sees really early on with VERY well known clients (nicole miller, marc bouwer, cynthia rowley) and REAL runway show bookers (that pfeiffer guy).

my suspicion is that now that the show's back in NY (where it should've been the past 5 cycles), tyra's taking advantage of that and booking go-sees for the girls in NY where there are REAL and major fashion designers.

the go-sees and the international destinations are my favorite things about the show, so i'm excited the go-sees are happening early and IN NEW YORK, where they'll hopefully get set-up with some awesome designers. (i'm praying they have a go-see with marc jacobs - damn, that guy's the bomb.)

I am so pissed! I made it home right on time to tune in to tonight's episode, but it wasn't on! I remembered hearing "Next week on ANTM" so I freaked a little, but I checked tvguide.com and it wasn't on. Wtf?!

I'm a little nervous that Claire turned into a mega bitch...I really liked her. Her make over haircut really really worked for her by showing off her face much better. Something bugs me about Anya, but I can't figure out what it is.

I've always been kinda bothered by how dumb the girls sound while reading Tyra mail, but this season takes it to a new level!

ps - I love Mark Ronson too!

This was the first time I found Anya kinda pretty (during her photoshoot w/ Nigel). We usually don't even see that much of her. But her eyebrows are SO distracting!! Piss yellow! i don't think she will win though. They'll slam her for her accent, and it's not quite as fixable as Dani's.

^ I love Katarzyna, but that means she won't win I think Claire will win. She's this cycle's Naima. Hopefully, she doesn't turn out like Naima though.

I kinda expected Aimee to go home. She's kinda blah. I predict Stacy-Anne will go next.

Katarzyna starts to grow on me but I think she will be eliminated because of "no personality".

i wouldn't mind a katarzyna or anya win. lauren seems like a longshot. she's like a less sweet version of c9's beloved heather.

lauren's totally got the height for fashion (6'1'' -whoa) and photographs amazingly, but she has zero presence and can't walk at all. plus, from the previews for this week's episode, she doesn't have a very good temper. looks like she goes ballistic on fatima's ass.

i read somewhere that this might be the plus-size season, which would mean whitney might take it. that would be a bit of a disappointment, though - only because whitney's looking more and more like anna nicole.

claire's behavior was really disgusting on the last episode, though. i dislike dominique and her attitude, but claire hit below the belt with her "at least i have a husband comment."

i just rewatched an earlier episode on youtube where dominque talks about how she was in an abusive relationship and has to raise her daughter on her own.

so claire dealt a really low blow with the husband comment. plus, claire showed no class talking smack about dominique while she was trying to sleep.

and it was also disgusting when she did her leap for joy at judging after tyra called her name instead of aimee's. poor aimee. if i were aimee, i would've totally slapped that bitch upside the head for being so unclassy.

claire definitely channels C4's naima, though. everytime i see claire's face, i'm reminded of naima's gas station photo, where they had these wind machines and a rain-maker out in the middle of the desert.

I just saw Claire on an episode of " Runway Moms" on TLC, you actually see a whole different side of her. She looked radiant in the photos that they took of her during the episode. It was when she was pregnant and it actually showed her and her now husband getting married. It showed another side of her , that I knew excisted in her. and not what is being portrayed of her on AMNTM. She actually seems like a very reserved person but like any reserved person, you back them into the corner and Yes, they willcome out fighting.

There is probally more to the story of the fight between her and the other girl that we are not seeing on TV. I know what we are seeing on TV is the edited version of the show and not the reality of it, like we should be seeing.

but what they actually included in the show still happened. i doubt they edited claire's comments so that the words "at least i have a husband" were taken from 5 different conversations.

and the editing wouldn't have changed the fact that she rudely celebrated her staying the competition with a leap and a "YESSS!" during elimination.

seriously, i would've hated to be aimee in that situation.

and never in top model history has a girl in the bottom two reacted like that after having her name called.

it's just uncalled for and not at all classy.

i'm sure in "real-life" she's very sweet. and i'm sure she's a fantastic, nurturing mother.

but there are girls on antm who've been able to keep their cool, never hit below the belt, and stay relatively classy in spite of the crap that goes on in the house (C5 Nik, C6 Danielle, C8 Natasha).
