This isn't at all what I thought his show would be like. I thought he was going to have guests who are ordinary people with extraordinary accomplishments. Aside from Wednesday's show, this whole week looks like just another celebrity fest.

It's a talk show, he has to get ratings and having a survivor of something brutal that happened to them and survived or something of that nature will be fine for a few episodes, which I'm sure he will do, but "feel good" doesn't do good in ratings over time. He can also do those stories on his AC360. The talk show is suppose to be a more relaxed Anderson so people can get to know him outside of his serious side and I honestly think he is testing the waters before he actually comes out.

Gonna check it out today (okay, mainly because I think snooki plus kathy g is going to be hilarious). Curious how different anderson will be compared to being on 360.

I enjoyed the show yesterday to be honest. I like Anderson as a person. From seeing him be a serious newscaster on CNN or seeing him be a reality show fan, giggling, gossiping sidekick to Kelly Ripa when he fills in there.

I think this show is going to show off both sides of him and I like that.

I liked that he's using his little giggle fit under the logo for his production company.

Thanks M10000 for the heads up on this show; I enjoyed watching it a lot
Kathy Griffin said she was given the keys to Coopers home; Anderson said he had some trepidation about the idea of Kathy roaming around the house alone.
So my question to all is what would you do if you had Andersons house all to yourself for the day, what would you do there.

I really wanted to like it, but I don't know what is left there, if Kathy won't co-host with him. I think it is going to struggle with ratings.

I just read this from this NYT article which pretty much sums up my opinion:

The one thing he hasn’t done yet — and the lacuna grows more obvious and awkward with each show — is talk about his love life. It’s hard to see how he can continue to leave that out selectively and preserve one particular zone of privacy while building a confessional talk show wrapped around his good looks, high spirits and glamorous adventures.

That was very well stated. I like Anderson alot, but this piece does speak the truth.
