The answer is twofold, jackry.

The most recent person I banned was a member for Spam. Previous to that, it was someone that was underage. I always refer them to emptyclosets.com for further assistance.

Some people just "disappear" most likely because they submit their account for deletion through a support ticket. Most do it for personal reasons.
