Looks PERFECT to me. If you're exercising your butt could be getting bigger because it's a group of muscles. Working out your legs and butt causes the muscles to grow. If you're not working out your body could be storing fat there. However, by the looks of it (perfect) I'd say you're not storing any fat at all.
