I was at a townie bar and along came last call. The bartender is a friend and I typically get driven home by him if I help him clean the place. I still felt thirsty and this flamboyant African-American guy says he has drinks and pot at his place. I'm not obviously gay. I went home with him and after drinking his booze said I'm gay too. Never learned his name, he had no condoms, and he expected me to keep going like crazy. I came twice in his ass, once in his mouth, and once in my hand so he could watch. Exhausting! blew him till I noticed he had smegma. He only came once and I made sure it was from his hand. Weirdest part was te next morning he asked me if I felt like he'd raped me. Totally bizarre time.

Well said. And maybe get an HIV or STD test.
 
I often find the comments by folks here rather puritanical. This is the real world where guys do get drunk and stoned and horny and people do have unprotected sex. It is not the healthiest or the safest thing to do to go home with a stranger and have sex, but it happens every day.

The fact that you topped him and did not accept any of his body fluids inside of you is safer for you than the opposite. It was not the wisest thing to do, but from the tone of some of the responses on this thread, make it sound like you made a deal with the devil. The fact is that you were high and horny and had sex with a stranger and now regret it. Learn from your mistake and go on with your life. You did something that people do all of the time and that is the reality of the situation. You are a normal man with normal desires, and hopefully you will learn from the experience, but do not beat yourself up over it. It happened, and move on.
 
Odds are pretty low that you'd contract HIV from the activities you listed even if he is HIV+, but there are other STDs that are a lot easier to catch and he seems like a prime candidate for carrying one (or several). In your shoes, I'd see my doctor and ask what tests he recommends for peace of mind.
 
^...and then ask again in 12-20 weeks, once the window period for the HIV is passed.
