A dear friend of mine just forwarded this link to me. After reading the blatant discrimination and outright rudeness of American Airline's cabin crew and Pilots I am here by not flying the Un-friendly skies again.
Seems a male couple, upon returning from a vacation in France, were told to stop touching and kissing by the stewardess when the one had simply fallen asleep with his head on his partner's shoulder. The pilot even threatened to divert the flight. Fortunately, the couple seem to have been able to get their story to the press... too bad American Airlines don't seem to understand that all pasengers have a right to dignity.
In the future, I will make a point of kissing my male companion on the next flight I am on, and every future flight after that! And if anyone complains, I'll make sure there's a REASON to divert the flight.
Let's see how long they stay in the air with that kind of customer service!
