I see this question posted sometimes and I haven't even been around that long. I think it's a really interesting topic to be honest. ..|

What do you guys think? Do you believe straight dudes really post here at JUB, or do you think we're all closet cases or lying to ourselves and others if we find our way here and actually stick around?

I mean... it's certainly possible. I don't know why anyone completely straight would bother though. Maybe they like the attention they get from all the gay men? :P
 
You can be simply 'curious' and still be straight and in the process enjoy what jub has to offer, without even being 'bi-curious'. I look at it this way, curiosity can be as much as enjoying looking at other guys, enjoying gay porn and enjoying the thrill of having other guys lust after you. All of which can be done at jub. You start crossing the line into bi-curiousity and bisexualism when you put yourself into that world though. What I mean is, you can be at arms length and enjoy the view but when you start visualizing yourself in a gay scenario or actually put yourself in guy on guy situation it become more than a straight guy with a passing interest. Straight/bi/gay are just words though, you label yourself how see fit, who gives shit about how anyone else wants to label you?
 
Yeah it's what TheDream said pretty much. I honestly don't think you can come here and be totally 100% straight...in a way. You at least have to be somewhat bi-curious, however you can still be 100% straight but curious, live your life and never do anything in real life, so yeah I dunno lol.

Yes and no. It depends on your definition of straight! I'm sure that those guys are at least curious or don't realize they're not straight and instead bi or gay, in the least. I don't think it's possible to be straight and post here, at least in my definition of straight which means being even somewhat interested in guys. That's my take.

To be fair, before a while ago, even after being on JUB, I would've identified as straight (and questioning) but now I believe I'm bi and identify as such. Take that for what it's worth, I guess.

So does anyone else just come here because they like this side of the board? Seems the general consensus is that folks are here for the porn sides, or the other sex forums. I only look at this straight/bi board, and sometimes hot topics and looking at the responses so far is that pretty rare?


I think it's kinda funny cuz i think the sections i stick to are awesome. It's a great community of dudes just being dudes! (!)
 
I'm a girl, and I come here mainly for the frank discussion of male sexuality without the pseudo-macho hangups (and the Hot Pro-Wrestling Thread). I'd say the guys who come here have to have some level of curiosity, but nobody should take that as a bad thing. Then again, I'm not a guy, so I wouldn't know.

Honestly, I don't even really think of this site as a gay porn forum, as I hardly ever go to the porn sections. It's just a cool place to have interesting discussions.

I'm gay, and i've never felt the need to join a straight porn forum.

Considering that the homepage of justusboys has guys fucking, I think that the chance of a completely straight man with no interest in men posting here is very slim. It's possible though.
 
Yes I do think they belong here. I've talked straight sex with a few friends of mine over the years, male and female, and it's been an interesting conversation. Never felt like joining in the sex itself (so far), but talking about sex is usually good and often hot....and it's just part of intellectual curiosity.

I've even imagined what it would be like to try it hetero style, and even had the opportunity. It just seemed kind of pointless to me to actually go through with it. I can picture it but nothing about the idea ever motivated me to want to experience it.

If I have anything like a hetero fantasy, it would be a threesome with a straight couple and getting his perspective on the wonders of the female body. It would turn me on to see what he likes about it, kind of enjoying it through his eyes or something. Even better I suppose if he was also curious about guys and she liked to watch.

So I call myself 100% gay and maybe 14% bi-curious on top of that. I'm not looking for the opportunity to try it. I can't imagine how it would happen. I'm happily with my guy and though we have many naughty fantasies, we're monogamous and happy that way. But if it did happen, and if this bi/straight guy gave me a hands on guided tour of the female form, and I liked her as much as him, then I suppose I wouldn't be bi-curious or gay any more, I'd be bi.

Straight? Well, that's not enough detail. The choices are:
  • Straight and boringly disinterested in gayness
  • Straight and intellectually interested in gayness but feels zero hint of interest. Hearing about the gays is good to know, but really like reading instructions from the tax office or the fine print of a warrantee or something
  • Straight and sexually interested in gayness in some way but could grow to be an old man without ever trying it and would be just as happy.
  • Straight and sexually interested in gayness in some way, would love to try it but feels shameful about it so he'll just pretend he doesn't actually notice a hot guy. LALALLALALALALALA PUSSY ALL I THINK ABOUT IS PUSSY! See? Totally hetero. Result: Closet case.
  • Straight but Bi-curious: Wants to try, or plans to try, or tries it, thinks about it, realizes he really does like only women, and that's the end of that. Result: Straight
  • Straight but Bi-curious: Wants to try, or plans to try, or tries it, thinks about it, realizes he really enjoyed it, and then pretends he didn't. Result: Closet case. NOT Straight.
  • Straight but Bi-curious: Wants to try, or plans to try, or tries it, thinks about it, realizes he really enjoyed it, and then keeps enjoying it. Result: BI. NOT Straight.

You can add some variation for people who are emotionally stunted with one or both genders. "I can fuck men/women but I can't love men/women." Or sexually repressed: "My best friend and I have been in love for 20 years but neither of us will make the first move."

You can also start off most of those categories with "Undecided" instead of "Straight." But those are the basics.

Anyway, they're all welcome to post here. :)

What do you reckon whatdidyousay? You list yourself as straight. Do you feel that you might not be? For what it's worth, I used to believe I was straight but just enjoyed looking at guys, and I thought all other straight guys held the same secret attractions. But then I realised that they didn't. One day it just clicked. OMG, I'm not straight, am I?, I'm gay, I said.

No I don't feel any crisis in sexuality. Never been with a guy and don't have any desire to be with a guy sexually. Didn't even find this place through the porn. But I respect that people have their own views so I don't really debate my sexuality. It's kinda dumb to me to get in fights about your own sexuality. If folks think I'm gay or bi for posting on this AWESOME board then that's just fine, you know? I've never seen anything like this forum!

I just try to keep it as real as I can. I've enjoyed a bit of gay/bi porn before, been open about that to a couple close other straight guy friends, and I'm open to it again if I stumble on some again that's actually hot!! It's kinda odd but since posting here the appeal has dropped off. Maybe you just get desensitized from all the freaking ads lolol!!!

It actually gets me in trouble sometimes, since I've become so desensitized to it that I forget that others aren't (I sometimes come to this forum while in public space, so hopefully I don't get charged with obscenity #-o).

Yes! The damn ads. I use to think the bit of porn I did watch felt all taboo an kinda naughty. But I swear posting at his site has zipped all that mystery clean out. I'm a guy, so obviously the site of other guys naked ain't some big deal. But the sexual stuff in the ads are just like looking at a blank way at this point!

I feel you on the window thing too. I've left the page open casually even with my lady around. I'll tell people I know about threads or topics discussed here. I just forget that this is suppose to be this huge gay porn site lol!
