Haven't made a hero/villian yet, servers were down and I still have to decide on what i want to do. I will probably post my game name here when i have one :P
 
I have wanted to try it - but thought the monthly cost was not worth how much time I would use it -

So now I will give it a try - just not sure if I should do the PS3 or computer version...

I attempted it... I have 16 GB free, and it told me it couldn't download it cause I need an additional 1.6 GB free ? How big is the program??? wtf ?

I Agree !! I thought this was epic, and gave me chills.

IF DC was smart, they'd let these people design a full length feature film.

I don't think they could ever get this great of action with a live actor type medium.
 
The opening cinematic was great. Pretty awesome game altogether. Hate that you can only level up to thirty though.
 
I've been playing this for about a week now and i love it. I'm a villain, we should team up and do some alerts.
 
I love this game! it is so amazing! It's a pity the EU servers get so laggy :( they really need more servers
 
Been playing it for a few weeks, i get really into it then sorta get bored because none of my friends play it so i have nobody to team with
 
I love the game, but it feels so limited now that I'm at level thirty and can't level up any further... I only have one friend who plays and he's just terrible.
 
Worst MMO I have ever played.

I came back to try a tide me over till Skyrim (got bored with that in 48 hours) and The Old Republic and I literally could not stay online for more than 6 minutes.
 
The 16GB download alone will take forever on my Internet. I kept hearing it's great, but you have to pay if you want achievements and trophies from what I heard. Seems just like how Free Realms was on PS3.

I play on the PC but use a PlayStation controller and definitely think it plays much better with a controller, it's like a different game (at least to me), so i think the ps3 might be a good option, not sure if what gamerbear says affects a lot of the content of the game on ps3 but the worst restriction on the PC for me is the money cap, which i assume is on both.

I prefer marvel too :) but i'm not sure about the MMO, it's gonna be in browser and i think it would be so much better if it was a big huge thing like DCUO, though I haven't played too many in browser MMOs they are all java which is such a processor hog :P at least 4 me lol

16 GB??? Are you serious!?!?!? :eek:

I was curious to play it, but screw that. I don't want it THAT bad.
 
The installer isn't even running a minute and I got 80MB already. Unless you have really slow lines, 16GB from those servers isn't much.

If you have super fast Internet it won't be so bad, 16GB in one go might be like 1 to 2 hours. But this is all in one go there is no downloading 8GB now and download another 8GB later.

I wish they put out some kind at home version CD. I've never been a huge fan of the 'on line only' stuff, and needing to get groups to defeat levels.

My ex was/is an EverQuest addict, and yes... I'm still a little bitter.
 
I think that's why it's best to buy the physical copy of the game rather then digital download cause you'll be downloading more game, also physical copy has a small install.
