I'm not complaining about my job, I like my job, well as long I dont get my hand dirty. Anyway sometime I wonders what happen to people I'm "yelling" at. I'm in quality division, I complain a lot if my suppliers dont do a good job. Just today I politely "yell" at one of my supplier (She's a quality manager), in turn she went to her builders and "yell" at them. I really dont want to get anyone fire or anything, I just want the builders to have a proper training, because my floor builders will bitch at me, if I dont get them a good products.

i would feel really bad if I caused any trouble. One time a co-work told me he yelled at one of our chinese suppliers, they called back and said, she/he will be "punished", he felt really bad, have called them back and ask what they meant by "punished"

I wouldn't trade my profession for anything. I love interacting with my students, watching them grow physically and mentally. It just amazes me that some of my worst 7th graders go on to be among the top 10 at the high school -and that they often ackonowledge several of us from the middle school as the reason for them continuing.

Yes I feel good about my job because I do a good job. I work in service repair and doing the proper repair and getting it back out to the customer right the first time is my goal. That's important to me.

Hey JustBoys05 if you have to express your dissatisfaction because the product is not up to standards then you are just doing your job and no one should have a problem with that. Quality is important. Especially to cutomers. It really counts...| ..|

Hugs babe! (*8*)

I despise my job but it provides the goodies in my life and I pretty much have what I want so I'm not complaining. I'm always thankful to have a job.

I'm a donut cook.... how do you think I like my job? : p

I've been a caregiver for 20 years now. I take care of elderly people with strokes, diabetes, alzheimers, dementia, and just plain old age 24/7/365. I've cared for farmers to doctors, factory workers to millionaires. But now I'm 39 years old. I haven't dated a guy in 20 years.

My current patient is an 89 year old with alzheimers. She will be the last I think. I want a life. And someone in it. I enjoy caring for people. I'm thinking of hospice work, maybe caring for AIDS patients and finding a nice little efficiency apartment. Maybe a guy that can put up with me and not care about my past or my less-than perfect looks.

It's not my job that sux, it's the lack of life that I'm left with.

this would be my job

I love my job. I go to work happy each day. Oh sure, I piss and moan about certain aspects of it, but overall, I am content.....

I'd feel much happier about it if everyone would shut up and just do it my way. What's so hard about that? :grrr:

I hate it now. I use to love it out of school. I have been a systems administrator…now senior systems administrator now for over 8 years. When I first started at my company I could do my job and love it. I loved computers and working with the new technology. It was a dream job. How it changes after 8 years. I think I do more paper work then computer work. Thanks to politicians and Sarbanes Oxley, I can't even wipe my ass without documenting it. This law was supposed to hold executives responsible…how it comes down to me and having to document everything make no sense. Also the security now days is nuts. Constantly fighting the hackers of the world gets old as well. If I now want put on just one windows update I have to the following.

-send out an alert to about 30 different people
-Write down every step on installing the Windows update
-Write down exactly how I will go back if the Windows update does not work (uninstall it or do a whole system restore)
-Write down how I will test to prove it works afterward.
-Prove that I actually tested by doing screen prints or some other method
-Sign the document saying I did all of the above
-get a managers signature

So, it takes 10 minutes to download and install the Windows update and about an hour of paper work. I can’t stand it. I do about 20% computer work rest paper work it sucks.

Auditors are constantly coming in trying to remove my admin rights and rights or our staff to do there job. Yet they want our security admin/auditor to have full rights to a system they don’t know or understand just so they can make sure they are secure. If I remember right auditors are/were part of the problem that caused Enron to fall. Author Anderson an auditing firm covered up things. JUST SUCKS.

I'm basically a legal bookie. I help people waste vast amounts of money and 99% of them don't even get any enjoyment out of it. It's extremely unrewarding but it's the best paying job I've ever had.

I love my job. I am an English teacher, so I just speak English all the time, plus I get to know lots of interesting people.

Shodding the rich and famous may not be glamorous but it is highly rewarding. :)

My job would be fun sometime too, if you like to travel. Part my job I have to audit and qualify supplier. I was at Kanata (Canada) met this two young guys (one is a saleman, the other is a manager at that location) both looks professional and nice looking also :-)

I never thought I should waste any love on what I am doing professionally.

I do a very good job and they pay me very well.

There is nothing to love about it and nothing to hate about it either.

It is a trade off.
