Dark chocolate is healthy to have in small amounts. People need to be extra careful will chocolate that comes from South America because the soil has more minerals in it and the chocolate absorbs more metals. The chocolate in Africa is grown in soil with less minerals, so there are fewer metals in the chocolate from there. It is okay to eat in small quantities.

Since this thread was made I discovered Zero bars. Lex actually mentioned them on the first page. They are great.
 
We have been buying the Lindt 70 dark chocolate. Has a nice sweet to bitter ratio IMHO

I eat unsweetened oatmeal almost every day for breakfast. You can nestle a square of dark chocolate in the middle of the oats and let it melt. Top it with sliced banana, toasted walnuts and some Fage unsweetened Greek yogurt.

It's like an Oatmeal Sundae.

Dark chocolate. Just a few slices at a time with coffee or tea. Consumed a lot of sweet things in my 20s and now my consumption of everything sweet is at an all time low.
