Height: 5’4 , Weight: 145 & Age: 29

I feel like I could lose some pounds however been told by multiple men that I look very fuckable for what I am now and or at least cumdump worthy. I’m fine with being both if so. Curious what other opinions people have to say.

It is always better from a health point of view to be your ideal weight. As you get older it becomes more difficult to loose weight, so now is a good tiime to start;)

That being said, you do look like a nice guy to cuddle up to.
 
Be the weight you feel good being.

Although, as someone who was 5'11 and 130 lbs when I was in my mid-twenties.....to a couple of years ago when I shed over 100 pounds to get back to my weight at the age of 30 and wear a 32" waist pant.....Autolycus is absolutely right. Maintaining you healthy weight is easier if you start when you are younger.

The charts say 117 - 143 lbs. for your height, so the target might be in the middle of that range or about 130 lbs at your age. So you wouldn't need to lose a huge amount...1 pound a week for about 4 months and you'd be at 130 lbs. But at the upper end of the chart, you are only a couple of pounds over the top end.
 
It looks like from your pictures you look good but like Autolycus said as you get older everything changes and it's hard to get rid of it but if you feel comfortable you do you
