What did I just watch.


For real for real tho, I'm not flipping my shit about Queen Lana like most of tumblr is right now. I mean when you get chained up and raped in a basement and held in an asylum against your will for being gay, you got a reason to be a bitch. I just hope this isn't the writers' way of making Lana more... disposable.

Ugh. One more week, gurlz. I'm ready for this roller coaster to be over.
 
I agree it's definitely a little all over the place. Kit and Jude's story lines are just ridiculous. I mean him living (and sleeping!) with both Alma and Grace? It's a wonder it took that long for one of them to kill the other. And I have a sinking feeling that that is the end of the alien story line and we're never going to get a full answer on that.

And I also agree with BFizzle about Lana. As much as I love her (and now sort of love to hate her with the whole mega bitch thing coming in) I have a horrible sinking feeling that they're making her a bitch so that people don't get too worked up over her death next week.

I just cannot handle another season finale where everyone dies. I will be so pissed if that's what happens.

I have to agree. I can't believe that I watched an entire season! I really thought that I was going to fall off.

Again. Last night was strange, strange, strange. I flipped back and forth in between Nashville and FX because sometimes, AHS seems like they are just writing as they go.
 
Ugh...last night...it was so uneven. I am not really liking the final moments of this story.....

It is strange because the writing on this show can be so damn good and then they drop the ball?????? Last week it was the Monsignor who completely changed his personality...this week it is Lana....
 
But you have to look at last night's episodes version of Lana differently then you did the episode before that. There was a 2 year period we didn't see...but as they showed us she gained a lot of fame in that time period which goes to peoples heads. And as her visions of Zachary Quinto and Clea Duval said all she ever wanted was fame (which is true...the only reason she went to Briarcliff was to get a big story to further her career).
 
I'm not completely writing Lana off just yet because we kind of got a glimpse of bad bitch Lana last week ("I'm tough, but I'm not cookie."; dat strut through the mausoleum) and I'm willing to wait and see if they bring her full circle next week. And I know a lot of people are mostly talking about the complete 180 that she and the Monsignor pulled, but can we talk about Kitt for a second, please? I cunt with him living with, and sleeping with, two alien by-products.

And I forgot to mention the fuckery that was the Angel of Death, too. Like. I don't even... whatever.

And finally, am I the only person confused by these Bloody Face 2 scenes? The season opened with Bloody Face hunting down our sis Jenna in the asylum. He gets ha, lets the police know he has ha, and she's last seen alive. I thought she was gonna be our modern day heroine and the scenes with him and the psychiatrist and such were flashbacks to give us a back story on him. But I guess he kilt ha and the milk maid, too? Oh, okay.

I tried to tell y'all last week should have been the finale. Everything since has been doing a bit much for me.

C'mon, Ryan Murphy. Don't fuck it up.
 
Girl, idk. I just couldn't with Kit knocking pictures off the wall with his born again wife in the next room.

The scariest thing about this season has been the writing, tbh.
 
Lana won't stay a bitch I'm expecting her to go on a rescue mission in the finale :)

So more details came out on Season 3 last night. American Horror Story's twitter said last night it's going to be a modern day romance set in multiple cities across the country with a female antagonist. Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, and Sarah Paulson will all return along with some people from Season 1 who were not in Season 2. It also said that it is going to be lighter and more funny than this season. Personally I'm glad it will be a bit lighter because I can't handle them trying to upstage this season. As for the main plot I'm a bit unsure of it but am willing to give it a shot. I'm obviously glad that Lange, Peters, and Paulson will be back.

Oh, and for the love of God Ryan can hire more Gheighs this time around. The Good Wife has had literally 8 recurring openly gay ACTORS and endless openly gay CHARACTERS

If you want to watch a show based around gay characters go watch Queer as Folk or something. Just because Ryan Murphy is gay doesn't mean he needs to shove homosexuality down our throats (no pun intended) in every show he does. He has had two great gay story lines throughout the past two seasons and you're still not satisfied? There's more to a show than a gay aspect.

Bye. People are foaming at the mouth about Ms. Lange when there are TONS of Broadway actors/lesser used (Meaning cheaper) actors here who are KILLING it in TV shows/movies


Imagine Dennis O'Hare who SLAYED in True Blood AND the Good Wife wrecking utter havoc in American Horror Story.


Gheighs are better at basically everything

My desire to have them in one of my fav shows is simply to enhance my viewing experience through the quality of their work.

I don't need them to actually play gay.

What's the point in giving us darkies? They will just end up dead 20 minutes after we get introduced to them and we will end up pressed over it.

However it is odd how I did not pick up on that in season 2. Perhaps because Kit's wife was ethnic I was placated for the remainder of the season. Not sure though.
