An enema loosely refers to a prepared liquid that you introduce to your rectum, typically to encourage bowel movements. you'd mostly get fluid and electrolyte imbalance if you do it so often and too much. If you'd be doing a repeated enema, then an isotonic solution would be good for that a Plain Normal Saline Solution would do just as that.

But you could always go to the local drug store and buy a "Fleet Enema" these enemas has a pre-mixed solution in them, all you have to do is put in and flush it out....

Yes I always do enemas, I don't listen to anyone says. I use a full enema bag say 3 to 4 quarts for a thorough cleanout. Afterwards I have peace of mind when I do anal sex and not worry about about constipation problems. Enemas have been used for centuries and have been doing enemas since I was given them as a kid.

The point is, the fleets enemas may work, but a thorough soap suds clean out works even better. It cleans out the colon all the way through. The fleets enema only cleans part of the colon. If you use a enema bag and soap suds solution 3 to 4 quarts it does give you cramps but the cramps means the enema is working and it prevents constipation.
Even if one eats fiber such as fruits and vegetables and drinks water, thats great but also the bottom has to be cleaned out as well. A good soap suds enema will do the job on a regular weekly basis.

I've never been fucked by a penis but I've cleaned myself out before using toys on myself and never had a problem after doing the following:

I don't use water to douche myself out, or use any liquids/enemas to douche myself out as this seems a bit too medicinal and ultimately unneeded for the body.

I've also been told (and read here in the sticky post on it in this forum) that water/enemas take away the natural mucous lining of the anus and spread STDs more easily if you're with a partner and having anal sex.

Plus for myself it's not a fun activity and it gives me anxiety.

What I do is I go to the bathroom like normal, and take a crap.

I'll also space out my meals and I don't eat anything a few hours before I put something in myself. I also don't eat any heavy meals during that day or eat right before I put something in myself.

I'll also drink 2-3 cups of strong tea or coffee as this can easily clean me out.

If I take a shower that day I'll just wash my ass normal with soap and water.

I also take a shower afterwards to get cleaned up and wash the lube away.

Everyone has a different opinion. I still believe that enemas are beneficial to ones body and enemas have been used for many centuries and people still use them today. Dont over use them but a good enema cleanout on a weekly basis keeps the bowel moving and regularity should be normal afterwards. I know I have been given enemas since I was a kid and still use it today. It may not work for everyone, but for me is just fine. If enemas were dangerous, it would have been banned many centuries ago.
