I'd forgotten all about Gil Gerard - thanks for the pictures and reminding me of him! He was one hot, hairy man and I used to fantasize about him all the time! I do wish, however, that I hadn't seen what he looks like now. Hmm. I guess we'll all get old one day (if we're lucky).

Gil and I are from the same hometown...Little Rock, Arkansas...and his brother was a lector at my church when I was a kid. His bro looked just like him, but a little slimmer and with silver hair. His name is Frank, and I think he's hotter than Gil!

To my young teen eyes, Gil was "neat" or "cool" (I didn't have a word for it back then, since I was pretty clueless about myself). Seeing the pics of him from that era bring back fond memories. Maybe I should just leave it at that!

Sometimes I really miss the 70's (and early 80's). Between Gil and Tom Selleck, I had my poor mother washing bedsheets like a madwoman (I didn't get the concept of a cum towel until much later).
