Have Any Of You Met Up With Another Jubber?

I have driven to Cape Cod to meet Pegasus...........amazing guy and I am going back this fall. Going to Montreal next week, and meeting a few before and during the meet.
 
I met Hack24 once for lunch. A great guy. And we talked about all of you! :)
 
I was so glad when I heard that you and Pegasus got along well, Dynk, and I'm sure he's looking forward to the fall visit as much as you are. Meanwhile have a great and memorable time in Montreal, and the same request goes for ALL who go there for the meet. I wish that I was going to be there!!!

I never met a JUB'er until less than two weeks ago, when I spent an afternoon hanging out with a Nebraska member outside of Omaha. I was able to meet his wife and family as well. Some sad and scary things are going on in his life, but he's facing what he must, with a lot of courage. I hope to eventually meet other JUB'ers as I travel (and which I do a lot of), sharing ideas and observations is always a very memorable activity.

Sexually I already have a small network of people who I occasionally "play with," so that's not what I'm inherently seeking in meeting new people. Great conversations are so much more important and memorable.

An interesting sub-topic of this thread could be something like "who has met the MOST members of JUB?" Has anybody in here met fifty or more JUB members? I don't think that I ever heard how many were at the Toronto meet.
 
yes I have I think twice but it might have been 3 times. Hey I've been on here for years. Anwhoo they've all been really good and I've made a few really good frinds out of it. Plus its great because meting here you already build a friendship so its never about meeting up and having sex, its all about meeting up and hanging out and talking.
 
i've met many...those in toronto and from long island as well (3 i referred here)

Yes, someone very special here at JUB and (*8*) (*8*) his charming partner when they were in So. Calif. on a business and pleasure trip. It was my idea, which came as a surprise to all of us. We had a loverly dinner at a nice resturant, then drove through the canyons into Beverly Hills for dessert and a drink at a landmark hotel. It was a most enjoyable evening - after five tries of trying to locate the entrance to the front of the hotel.

They have been most gracious (*8*) (*8*) to me and have asked me to visit them in their new condo and or to stop by for a few days, should I make the trip this fall that is being contemplated - first to DC and then onward to the U.K. to see someone I have only seen four times in all the eons we have know each other. #-o #-o #-o

There are still a lot of un-resolved matters as it now turns out my best friend and I may do some un-expected traveling together = as it gets closer to Sept. I shall have a better clue as to what is going to happen.. Probably the biggest problem besides getting me on an airplane is getting me to make a committment - but there are some strong willed people behind all of this & no is not an acceptable answer. !oops! !oops! !oops! :help: :help:

Yeah, I was also fortunate enough to meet Elwood, DropsOfJupiter, and Gary (a non-JUB friend of theirs from Ottawa) nearly a month ago. We kept in touch by email and cell phone, as the meeting approached and finally happened. I was on vacation, and we met in Provincetown MA. We hung out together basically the afternoon, having fun talking about stuff, people-watching, and generally having a good time on a day with great weather. (Well, most people would call it great - low 80's and sunny - but it was a tad too warm and too sunny for me - I somewhat prefer overcast - but I digress.)

They are good guys, and if you have the chance to meet these Canadians somewhere, you'll be glad for the experience. Thanks for sharing that part of your day, guys.
 
Yes I have. Elvin1 and I went out recently for a night of drinks and dancing! We shook our little asses off and had a blast! Plan on doing it again real soon.
