If there are things about yourself you can change to try to make yourself into someone you feel is "attractive", then go for it. This may include: losing weight, new hairstyle, shaving, new wardrobe. If there are things that are difficult to change, then don't worry about them.
Really though, I think you should let the music speak for itself. Make sure the audience at your concert is packed with friends and family who know you're looking and suggest they bring along any similarly lonely single friends.
But whether this happens or not, if you put on an amazing show, people won't look at you physically, they'll only see your talent which for some people is much more important--and attractive.
