I'm sure their real identity gets found out. A kid from my home town went on Randy Blue and he was the subject of gossip within a week of his photo shoot being posted. As far as being straight, I guess it is possible to just be "gay for pay" but still consider your orientation as straight. At best I think Bi would be a better definition.
 
This is strictly my own personal opinion - I have no inside knowledge about the sites, but:
There is no way a 'straight' man would do anything - and I do mean ANYTHING - sexual with another man. Period. It will not happen...that's why he's classified as 'straight'. If any guy trades handjobs or blowjobs with, or fucks, another guy, yet says that he's straight, he's LYING.

The websites are a FANTASY nothing more, the info provided etc is all part of this fantasy. As someone else said no straight guy does things with other guys unless their gay/bi/bi curious

However... Just because in your experience straight men don't have sex doesn't men they don't.

Many of the models are, in fact, straight.

I don't no how hard it would be. I think it's more the risk to your future that prevents most people from doing any kind of PORN. Lets face it most of society would have little to no respect for the performers in either GAY or STRAIGHT porn. Heck I doubt they would respect the producers either accept their not in front of the camera (most of the time) so their not likly to be recognized.

I think the real question is: who is this a compelling fantasy for? The fraudulent idea that these young boys ALL have regular girlfriends (as they ritually have to tell in the pre-sex interviews) and this is their first time, and they're nervous, etc etc etc. Some of them can't even keep a straight (no pun intended) face when they go through those de rigeur disclaimers. Who, exactly, needs THAT part of the fantasy?
