Hi guys, thanks for the threads and info. I have this condition (coronal hypo) and only learnt about after exploring on the net. I have always been self conscience of it - pee and cum from the underside of the head - and always appeared different to other guys. I was circumcised and even had some flesh removed, I think looking at it, to help my peeing. The circumcision left some skin which I found pleasurable to play with and eventually got to stretching it and recovering my glans. This has lead to much pleasurable activity over the years - I love it, but am not sure if others do. I have rarely and don't even now have any steady gay friends.
