I"m not proud of it but I used to say "fuck" in every single sentence from about HS - I was 23 but for the past year I've been very good about it and made a physical attempt to do so. It's been going really well for me recently.

Example "I sort ov dint know I used it quite so often"

I kind of use 'kind of' the way you use 'sort of'.

I found myself using the world "apparently" entirely too much. I now make an effort NOT to use it. As far as I know, that was my only tic - apparently......

Apparently, like, just, kinda, sorta, quite.

There are lots of words & phrases I use in posts, too. That's why I just know that someday Google is going to have a search feature that ties different usernames on different forums to a single person. And then everyone will know all my deepest darkest sexually deviant secrets. Too bad I'll be too old to handle them all.

I also say, "Deal with it!" quite a bit. Drove my wife nuts.
