Fingers can actually hurt.. If you do use fingers make sure your nails are cut and smooth.

I use the three plug starter set too. The first one is too small and I have only used it once. The medium sized one I use to loosen myself up. It slides in very nicely. Then I use the super sized plug. I have never been able to get it completely in, but it works great to safely stretch my hole.
