Hello

I'm kinda new to this forum, I've been here ages but never posted a thing, so I thought I'd introduce myself.

Thing is, I don't know what to write, so I'm gonna throw the floor open to you lot to ask me things (though I can't guarantee answering the personal ones, they'll probably get a "no comment").

ok, but I thought the whole idea of an intro was to tell people about me, as I don't know what they want to know I thought I'd let them ask :s
 
Welcome to posting - I think this is a very good way to introduce yourself - most people never reply to their "welcoming" thread and I think that it should be encouraged.

So what do you do for a living?

Actually I'm from the UK (near Manchester) and I never use to come here that often, I may do now though :D

The name Sithspawn came from my Star Wars nerdiness lol. In the "Young Jedi Knights" books the Solo kids use it as an expletive, that coupled with the fact that my brother thinks I'm evil made it a pretty good choice.

I'm not evil though, just misunderstood :p

Anyway, here's your answers :-) btw, I haven't got the hang of quoting multiple people yet so I'll just have to do it the old fashioned way.

I don't know really, I haven't been on here that much so I just tend to look at any thread that catches my eye.

I love the new series (since David Tennant took over), wasn't too struck on Chris Eccleston but he was ok I suppose. I love when the new toys come in to work and customers ask about them cos I can make it look like I know what I'm on about, which is something I can't do with Barbie :badgrin:

ok, I thought I'd add some stuff to this as I can't think of anywhere else to add it. I was going to put something in the hot topics bit but that didn't seem right.

Anyway, as you can probably tell I'm gay, but I'm not that obvious. I think the only reason people sometimes suspect is cos I don't have a girlfriend, or show interest when some stunning woman comes into the shop (not very often to be honest).

I moved back to England (from France) last year to start all over again and basically fell into a bit of a rut, still, I'm quite happy in it. I'm in a totally different area to where I used to live over here and have made some really good friends. I wasn't sure about coming out to people here as i hadn't really told many people before, but they were all nice and understanding.

I'm taking a big step in a few weeks though, I'm gonna go to the pride thingy in Manchester. Wish me luck with that :D

Oh yeah, and I'm going away to France (to see my mum) next Saturday (11th) just in case you wonder where I am lol

I don't really have any hobbies, the only thing I do far too much of is chat on MSN.

I love going to the cinema (or theatre to you Americans;) ) and reading sci-fi, comics and general fiction.

I'm also kinda addicted to the sims 2 lol

I go to the theatre once a week it seems. I'm a big movie buff. What do you like to read for sci-fi and general fiction?

Never played Sim 2 but I'm reallybig into Command & Conquer series.
