In what position do you sleep?

I usually start out on my back but quickly end up on my side and then spooning a pillow for comfort(need bf to hold ) then if im still not asleep i will also rock myself to sleep

generally back or stomach... but more back... my back will actually hurt in the morning if i sleep on my side and i am not comfy in the fetal position...

On my side and I rock myself to sleep.........

I sleep on my side, and often jiggle one foot. I find it almost impossible to lie totally still in bed. I find that if I jiggle one foot, I can fall asleep faster. I guess it's a form of restless leg syndrome.

I/We both sleep on our side and sleep behind one another......I cannot remember what that's called........it slips my mind! lol Nothing is better than to have the warmth and comfort of your life-Partner touching you the entire time you are asleep and having that comfort and peacefulness of it all is just the BESTEST thing in the world!!!

I strongly recommend this "sleep-position" to everyone out there in JUBBER-Land!!!

I sleep in all positions but my fav was spooning with my ex

I sleep in the fetal position with a pillow between my legs. I also rub my feet together transically to put myself to sleep.

I always start on my back with my legs crossed -flexing a bit - nice feeling on my trapped balls; then I roll to the right and spend most of the night this way with my arm under the pillow clutched tightly to my chest.

If i'm alone i sleep on my stomach but usally wriggle around switching from side to side for ages until i fall asleep, i can never get comfy. if i'm with my boyfriend which i wish was more often we'll either sleep side by side in the spooning position usually with me behind him, or i'll sleep on my back with him cuddled up to me, he likes to put his head on my chest.

I start out on my left side with knees bent and a pillow between my knees to keep my spine level (very bad back). But during the night I rotate into just about every position there is. I am a very light sleeper and I never sleep more than a couple of hours at a stretch then I'm awake for about 5 minutes and drift back off again. These waking periods is when I change my position. But, I always wake up in the same left side/knees bent position.

I can't get to sleep unless I'm on my stomach--- but I always wake up on my side or back.

Standing up. That way I can just run if a predator attacks.

Normally on my side, grasping a pillow. I also normally have a pillow between my legs as it does help with the back strain.
