Is your first really your best?

I was listening to Letoya's new single "She Don't" and was intrigued by the "you know your best is your first" line she sang. Upon further thought I realized that the notion of your best being your first is celebrated in all forms of media. Do you think your first is really your best or is that just a romantic notion?

Personally, I wouldn't say my first was my best although I did enjoy it immensely.

In any case there can only be one no matter how we deny it there can only be one true love. Sure you can love again and be happy but nothing can ever give back the feeling of being inlove for the first time.

Even if a woman is talking or singing about the word 'sex', she is usually not thinking about it in the same way a guy is. Have you ever been married to a woman? Ever hear the phrase Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus? They are not the same as us (assuming you're a guy, 'cause I am); they do not think like we do. I'm not dissing them; just saying they are different.

Another thought: does she write her own lyrics? Or does a guy?

And, yes, I didn't answer the question because . . . *drum roll* . . . I have still not fucked or been fucked by a guy. Yet.

If you'll include women . . . as ds_writr says, there is definitely something special/memorable about the first time, but that doesn't by any stretch of the imagination make it the best. I know exactly where, when, and with whom my first time (with a woman) was (it was my sister's house, actually!), but I have no idea at all when the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th time was. And it was not the best sex of my life, but it sure was memorable!!
