I have not watched in a while either---I did really like it though.

and this season so far is great(Dee and Charlie with the volleyball was HILARIOUS!)

This is one of my favorite shows ever. I have the first 3 seasons on DVD and am waiting for season 4 to start here in Canada
 
Hilarious. Even a shit episode is still tons funnier than most other comedies on tv right now.

That said, the current season is almost too mainstream now. It's like everyone watches now and they know it so the new episodes seem too talky and showy as compared to the earlier seasons.
 
Excellent show - got the first season of off i-tunes a couple months back - need to get into the other seasons soon. Totally hilarious....
 
I thought the scene with Sweet Dee on the bus this week was one of the most funny things I've seen in awhile...she was perfect in that scene!

What I find so interesting is that, as far as I know, the young guys, two of whom write most of the shows, are straight, and yet each episode has so much homoerotic interplay among them, to which the characters seem oblivious.

Also, I grew up in Philly and the show has gotten the atmosphere exactly right.
 
can anyone tell me when this show usually airs? the FX websight crashes my computer. the show has been recommended to me and I want to see it.
 
You can watch all the episodes free and legally on hulu.com if you have a membership, which is free as well. First three seasons are on there, and the fourth season episodes are upload 8 days after they air on FX.
 
That woman who plays Artemis (and I think her name is actually Artemis) was hilarious--especially when she blurted out having a bleached asshole in front of those cute guys. Oh, God, I love this show!
 
I bought season 3 and just finished it, and holy shit it was hilarious- I feel like my family thinks I'm mental cause I laugh hysterically all alone in my room

the episode 'bums: making a mess all over the city" had me hysterically laughing when Mac and Dee are in a black neighborhood and they are scared looking for someone 'who looks nice.' They completely ignore this extremely friendly looking old man in a rocking chair because he's black and go for this crazy looking guy hovering against a wall because he's white, who of course ends up mugging them. That killed me!

I have a thing for hilarious shows where the protagonists are terrible ignorant people- It's always sunny, Arrested Development, Seinfeld, etc
