Jonn Karr Will not be charged with murder

Colorado officials have decided to not charge him with murder, they are releasing him to a different juristiction for a different crime.

he is going back to LA to face kiddie porn charges

this just gets weirder and weirder
 
Shocking...I knew that there was something about him that was just not right. I wonder what was in his head?!
 
A lot of things pointed to this - his ex-wife insisting he was in Alabama - his statement that he was in the home all day on Christmas - it's just really sad for the family of Jonbenet. Why couldn't the authorities have done a better job? He was wanted in California - they could have kept the whole Jonbenet thing quiet until they brought him here on other charges and then checked the DNA- ? :(

From the first time I heard that they might have gotten the killer of JonBenet, I knew in the back of my mind that he just wanted to get in the spotlight to receive his 15 minutes of fame. But when I saw the headline on Yahoo news, my mouth dropped. This case gets stranger by the year. I have been interested in this story ever since it happened. I guess I'm fascinated by this story because it's been in half of my life!

That is what I mean by shocking...purely sarcastic as I always knew this guy was not the one...as much as I wanted that family to have some peace. The case was falling apart and spinning itself into the ground, so I am not surprised at all...Of course, I have watched every 20/20, Primetime, A&E kind of story and I read tons of true crime stuff...so I can say I figured he was lying...for whatever fucked up reason. Sorry to mislead.
 
It's been a decade, no one will ever be officaly charged with the cry. I still stand by my original beleif that it was one of the parents the entrie time. From the very start of it, they were always far "too cold" after loosing their daughter in such a brutal manner.
 
I think the nut/psycho/pervert just wanted to be in an American jail as opposed to a Thailand jail.

I saw an interview with an "expert." He was one of the original investigators of the case (he's since retired). He was positive that it was not the parents. His reasoning was that no parent could ever do something so brutal to their child. Parents do things like this all the time. I don't understand his reasoning at all. :confused:
 
I heard a blurb about this fiasco. People such as this Karr guy become obsessed, to the point where they literally project themselves into the story. He may truly believe he was there when she died. It's sad and sick, and of course handled poorly by all the authorities.
 
John Karr's been getting off on this and making a fool out of everybody. I never believed that he murdered her. CNN released some creepy phone tapes of Karr talking about the little girl. He should at least be charged with making up a story.

I agree. Didn't they charge the so-called "runaway bride" for time and expense of looking for her last year...? They should do the same to his guy... He's had more than his share of media attention. He's too creepy for words.

He just confessed to get out of the trouble he was in in Thailand.
 
didnt that runaway bride have to repay the courts and police department for making them spend money frivolously?

I think this nutcase should have to repay the colorado courts for the money he caused them to waste

there has to be some sort of way to make people think twice about getting this kind of attention
