I am not a fan of Lady Gaga, although I think I have posted this in every Lady Gaga thread that has been made. The only song I like and can listen to is Paparazzi - the rest of it is not good.

I usually hate her songs when I hear them the first few times, then they grow on me cus I keep hearing them on the radio and eventually I will get sick of them because they're so overplayed but she does have that star quality about her.

She looks a lot like Christina Augielera but also kind of like a tranny. She is talented though and she writes all her music from what I've heard.

I dont like HER at all, i didnt like her songs first, and now i dont mind listen to em but I am already sick of Just dance and poker face...

I dont like the fact that everybody say she's a genius and stuff, she's a good artist but just because she dress weird & she has good visual doesnt mean she's the best artist of all time.
+ on the LoveGame video she looks like Aguilera A LOT.

Let's wait for the second record or even third.. i m tellin u in 5 years she wont be here anymore... lol

Yeah, I like what I've heard from here; which is only three songs.
I downloaded the album yesterday, and I will give it a listen later, and see how the rest of her music turns out..

But yeah, so far I enjoy it. ..|

I like Lady Gaga! I like 'Just Dance', 'Poker Face' and 'Paper Gangsta' but the rest of the songs on the CD are okay!

I saw her in Ottawa a couple weeks ago, and yes, she is AWESOME. VERY talented too... And she's actually a real PERSON with actual EMOTIONS, as seen in this video from the concert I was at - she actually cried a little!

She has catchy songs, but have you ever analyzed her lyrics? There's no poetic merit to them. In "Just Dance," she actually sings "da-doo-doo" to fill in lines in her song. And the lines, "Can't read my p-p-p-oker face" actually take up half the lyrics in her song. Look them up.

You may love her music, but do you even know what she's singing about?

Poker Face is about when she's being intimate with a guy and is thinking about a girl. Now if you read the lyrics and watch the video it makes sooo much sense.

Lady Gaga explained what "Just Dance" was about:
“ The whole song's about being totally wasted at a party. It's about all the things that happen when you're out and you totally lose your head. In that situation we never really want to stop the party so we just dance through it. You're thinking, 'Oh, fuck I wanna go home!' but your friends are like, 'Don't go home you loser, have another beer', so you do, you dance and then you're fine."

But honestly, did you need an explanation for a song called JUST DANCE??? lol

I actually think she's a decent lyricist. Most of the songs on The Fame have clear storylines. I personally like this one...

After listening to half of the CD this afternoon on my way home from work, I found myself enjoying each track that I heard.

I think I'll put it on now, and listen to the entire product.

But yeah, very catchy music! ..| :-)

I think she is amazing, I love every song on her album esspecially love game and starstruck, but love game is not going to be released in the UK because its too rude, so papparatzi will be released instead, with it possibly being released world wide after.

That's usually how it goes. If you do not get extremely excited over someone, you're a hater. I like Lady Gaga and she is talented, but she is not that talented. She is a mediocre dancer and a decent singer; however, many other people could have been in her position, if they were given a contract.
