Life in Bradcliffe

"Pokes" is a great name for a gay bar. There will be pokers and pokees.:sex:

I swear I saw someboy getting a blow job in the train station men's room.

What a nice town...thanks for the tour

in no time at all, with all the improvements, real estate prices in bradcliffe will be ballooning! keep up the good work, bradlee!

Are there glory holes in the johns at the Greyhounn Terminal?

O Bradlee,
What an awesome and sweet thread! What a great community of support and interest you have gathered around this wonderful project. I'm so glad Bradcliffe is Gay Friendly.and non-homophobic. Perhaps it's like the Castro, in SF, which is serviced by a marvelous Trolley line with vintage trollies from all over the US and the world.

Your scenery looks real good, and those trees are just perfect. Your building models look top notch, sharp and crisp (evidently you have a way with balsa!), and, like the rest of the guys say, your city planning is A1. You have very interesting rolling stock. I'm very impressed!

I was wiped out when I saw that yard full of school buses. I guess you do have a few buses.

Do you have a carbarn facility planned for your trollies? I remember the old Leechmere Yards and all the MTA Trollies they contained.

Are You going to try doing a boulevard like Mass Ave. with the trollies going up and down the center strip? I always found that was one of the most endearing features of the old MTA in the 60's out on the different routes to the suburban neighborhoods of Boston. As I traveled the US I saw more of that in different cities such as Philly, and when I lived in Europe in the early 70's, I saw a lot of it also, especially in Germany and some places in Italy.

Here's wishing you the ongoing joy of traction modeling.

Been a while since I visited Bradcliffe.......so good to be back.

Why on earth have I never been to this thread before?!!!! You don't understand what an appreciation and love I have for you Bradlee. You're doing what I've always dreamed of doing. If only I had the time and money, some of those models alone can range above $30. I've kinda been obsessed with models since I can remember and took any chance I could to get to the hobby store and buy one or even just some grass or tries for use in a school project. I once Did a 3-D map of OZ as pictured in the book "Wicked" back in 8th grade...totally different from what you're doing, but i completely understand how much painstaking work goes into each minute detail, especially if you're a perfectionist like me. I can't wait to see the finished product, in real life would be amazing. If you lived close by, I'd see if my parents would let you use our unfinished basement: lot's of room there.

Oh Bradlee,
You really have a gift for building structures. Yours look so professional. Everything looks like it is clipping right along at a good pace, and the overall effect is just terrific.
Keep up the good work. Your inspiring me to get busy on my own layout.
Enjoy and have lots of fun!

See? Now THIS is great thread.

I personally adore it when we're invited into the mind of another JUBber.

I couldn't agree more! Bradlee, I don't know how I managed to miss all the great photos until today--- but thanks for posting them!!

Bumped from page 2, we need to keep this active for Bradlee and see the progress in Bradcliffe.

I will keep my eyes peeled, meanwhile here is a railroad in DisneyWorld.
