If it helps, I have this too. I'm Irish descent, so prettypale skinned all over and so when I was younger the darker wiggly line stood out and used to worry me too. I used to thik the skin was a different texture to the rest of me ...Now I'm bit older, it's less prominent, not sure why, maybe just because I'm hairier.
