LOST - parts that make you cry. *

Well I read somewhere that they weren't going to go back to the four toed statue - doesn't mean that it's true of course. But if it is then I'm a little disappointed, it was one of the more interesting things that was more fantasy than sci-fi... I always thought the statue had something to do with the temple that the others go to.

I would hate it if that's true. I was really intrigued by it as well. So if they don't go back to it, what was the point? It's just a tease. They don't have to say "This is where the statue is from...." but they can allude to a civilization or something that would kinda indirectly explain it.

^ yeah, that's one thing about stories that involve time traveling, it's hard to stay consistent.

perhaps Dan was lying to Sawyer about not being able to change things so he could speak with Desmond privately?

he said, adamantly, "if it didn't happen, it can't happen." which means there's no way that Jin could have met young Danielle, because that didn't happen.

so, Dan lied or the writers are just conveniently ignoring that point sometimes. or Dan just doesn't know what's going on.

I thought the rules didn't apply to Desmond... that's why he could talk to him. I really have no idea what's going on but I'm happy to just go along with it. Anyone else find it hilarious when they were all in the canoe thing getting shot at and then there was just this shot where they were all rowing really quickly. Man that was hilarious!

The statue was originally intended to have six toes, but was later changed to have only four toes because six toes were not as noticeably weird. This tells me they were just going for the weird factor here and it may not have anything to do with anything. In other words, it's likely just another red herring.

That's a bit odd though isn't it? Just putting it there with no actual intention of explaining it...
I've read some theories though, that Richard is one of the four toed inhabitants. I'm not sure what to think but they have to explain how he is like 100, and still looks like he's in his 30's.

yeah i'll cry the loudest if this stupid show continues!!!!!!!

bench it already ABC

You could just opt to not tune in if it really makes your life that miserable. What you don't know can't hurt you. Out of sight, out of mind. You are the master of your domain. blah, blah, blah.

Yah the smoke monster!!!

thay said it'll appear this season ...
h
and hopefully they will explain it

Well maybe Locke will gain control of it like Ben did and that's how we find out? We're with the Losties so we only learn things as fast as they do.

My God they're slow! lol

When All Is Said And Done - I'd Hate To Think This Series Answered Every Question. Half The Fun To This Show Is Trying To Figure It Out. LOL!

Sometimes that's okay. But when there are such big twists and "shocks" and things that can't really be naturally explained, a little help would appreciated.

Tonight's episode is titled This Place Is Death. Sounds interesting. Sounds like it could have potential for a major revelation. But I won't hold my breathe.

Tonight's was the best yet this season, I was very pleased. It felt more "Losty". It almost felt like a season finale. Luckily it's not...|

And yes, Rousseau's group had some hot guys. Jin's looking very fine too; he's got some guns on him.

That was an awesome episode. Explains why we saw Daniel in the first episode of this season, back in time, as a worker on the Island. Answered a lot of questions. Though,.....I was disappointed to see Jin reunited with the other Losties so quickly. I was hoping to see Jin as an old man, meeting the Losties....and maybe even Sun.

Very good episode.
I had assumed since the first ep that the woman was Daniel's mom, since Daniel said she was at Oxford, which would allude to her smartness, and then we see the woman doing all of those formulas on the board.
Now...Jacob's son? Who is there left for it to be? The only guys not on the island are Jack, Ben, Hurley, and Desmond.

Omigosh, I agree, he's HILARIOUS! The actor who plays him does a great job in these character roles. He was also on the final season of The Sopranos (did you see it?) where he was equally good and funny, playing a character in the psych ward with Junior.

He's cute too.
Yea he's funny. I think his personality makes him hot. I never really got into the Soprano's. I did like Meadow and Jackie Jr. before he died though.

As For The Monster Itself . . . Try This Theory On For Size. If We Agree That It Is Indeed A Security System - Referenced By Both Rousseau And Jin - Then Could The Monster Possibly Be . . . Ben? Or More Correctly - Ben Is The Monster.

Huh? There have been times when we've seen the monster and Ben at the same time. When Widmore's mercenaries were there, Ben went and unleashed it, but then we saw Ben again while Smokey was going crazy.

I agree with you, dude. Pretty good story, and when it was confusing, you had those hot frenchmen to gaze at. Too bad they were knocked off, they could have been great eyecandy for the future. The blonde was a real babe.

ahaha Well I didnt expect u too like french people ... ;)

yeah they're smokin hot.... But I'm french & unfortunatly they r all canadians.. not french
Rousseau seems to be french considering her french accent but anyway (so basically she was a hot nice french girl and became a ugly crazy scandinavian woman.... )

THIS WAS THE BEST EPISODE EVER
