i am half filipino...and from what i know most pinoy boys are on the small side...(6-inches or less)... Pinoy guys who are more endowed usually are mixed...i am speaking from personal experience... The other thing about pinoy guys...eventhough they're cut...most of them aren't cut like we are in america...they have a circumcision that is a 'slit' that keeps the foreskin from covering the dickhead...and it sorta 'bunches up' near the frenulum...its a dorsal slit circumcision....looks sorta different at first....

I don't really understand the slit ans bunches up circumcision but I figure it's something that makes the foreskin easier to move from the dick head. It sounds interesting if it works. I don't understand the dorsal incision. Tell me more about it. It's probably an alternative for not been completally cut that the doctors from here should know. I'm circumcised this way hehe. The doctor makes a vertical incision on your forskin on top of the head and sorta peels it open kinda like a banana hehe. No excess skin is removed. After it heals, you can still actually pull the forskin back around your head. But if your not doing anything with it, the head remains exposed and the loose forskin is "bunched up" on the underside of your penis.
