If MJ actually did molest those kids, he definitely didn't do it with the intent of harming a child.
He probably just didn't understand his boundaries. He was like a kid in an adults body, so you never know.

Michael was a very complex person. And he probably was a little messed up in the head... most brilliant people are. but if you lived a life like Michael, you'd be a little fucked up, too.

Now we all know that's not how the world works. I always thought that was the most bullshit thing anyone could say. You think everyone sitting in jail is truly guilty? How about those found guilty but DNA testing proved they weren't? How about all the guilty people who had some good lawyers? Or not enough evidence? You gotta prove them in court to be guilty even when they know they are but say they aren't. I just wish people would stop using this phrase. I should have just wrote on here, OJ.

you cannot compare the OJ case to Jackson's.

There was no physical evidence during either trial.

In OJ's case they HAD PHYSICAL EVIDENCE but they couldn't place him at the scene of the crime!

Big difference bud!

If you had taken the time out over the years to watch and read everything regarding MJ you'd know that there's no way on earth he'd ever hurt a child.

I was just saying sometimes guilty people are not convicted so that whole "innocent till proven guilty" isn't the gospel. There are guilty people who are proven innocent by a jury. Wasn't comparing the two cases just making a point. And I can't believe you are going by what you read the last couple years from the media to say Michael could never do it. Come on!! You have to be smarter than that!!! I may not be able to prove he did it but you can't prove he didn't either. I know it's horrible and a lot of you don't wanna believe he could do this. But NONE of you know him. But I have to say where there's smoke there's fire. Now that phrase I believe in, lol. Innocent till proven guilty, not so much. And don't call me bud in that tone.

Excluding the non-existent books with naked children, your remaining arguments are weak. When someone is as famous and rich as Michael Jackson, it is easy to be a target for many people who are out for money or fame by association.
