The least you could do it stop working on your friggin budget.
It was hot and humid today and you could sense something was up. Even with the humidity, I just refuse to complain because at least it is not winter.
BTW, have you noticed how nerdy and gay the weathermen are?

Why am I not surprised? Dork.
Haven't you even seen Sven Sundgaard? Gayest weatherman and he is in twin cities.

Hopefully you know I was joking.

Angry Resident said:****** Apartments is a terrible place to live, and I would stay way if at all possible.
It took two weeks for maintenance to get my requests fixed after moving in - it was only fixing a door, and tightening the cupboard handles. Shouldn't have been such a hard time. Not sure why it took so long.
The noise here is terrible. I am writing this, and I hear the neighbors moving around their apartment above me. It's absolutely ridiculous. I hear every creek of the floor as they pass by. Highly annoying when trying to watch television or really do anything. I shouldn't have to hear the neighbors moving around.
I'm on the side of the apartments where the road is (******* Avenue). The noise is unbearable at night, and far too much for anyone to sleep with the windows open at night. Problem is they keep this building at what feels like 150 degrees. Imagine trying to sleep with your windows CLOSED in that sort of temperature.
As alluded to above, the heat in this building is awful. When I get home from work, I would swear this place is a sauna rather than an apartment building. It's unbearable to walk in these halls to get into the apartment. Then the apartment itself is usually too warm also. The wall-mounted air-conditioning unit isn't enough to keep the entire apartment cool.
I received a garage door opener when moving in - not sure why as it rarely works without having to push the button 10 times. Management did nothing to rectify the problem. "Oh, that does happen with these things, they do stick sometimes." Um, I look like a jackass sitting outside waiting for the door to open, pressing the button 10 times! Not acceptable.
The residents are just downright rude. Went to park my car this morning after having done some errands, only to find that the person next to me gave me about an inch on the left side to park, and there's a pillar on the right side. Um - yeah, I literally have nowhere to park. I ended up parking outside because I couldn't even get into my spot. I drive a larger vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee), and the person next to me had a mini-van, so both fairly large vehicles. This could have been reviewed in the files and I could have probably parked next to a smaller car, no?
Overall, I would definitely NOT recommend this apartment building to anyone, and would instead advise looking for some place else. I'm paying approximately $70 more on this side of ***** for a ONE bedroom apartment than I paid on the opposite side of ***** for a TWO bedroom apartment. This place is absolutely NOT worth the money spent, and one could find a better value elsewhere.
