Hey guys. I'd like to start working out and getting a little more fit and was wondering if anyone here has any tips or advice for me? I'm 32, 5'6" and weigh about 135 lbs. I'd like to do some weight lifting and try to build some muscle. Do you guys think I should try to lose a little more belly fat first before I get into the weight lifting? Any tips, constructive criticism, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well you aren't a lost case by any means.

If you really want to get more fit, perhaps start with losing some belly weight with a Keto diet.....and low impact exercise that will help to strengthen your cardio-respiratory system and abdominal muscles. Then when you start to hit the gym, you will be more limber and have a higher tolerance for weights and other muscle-building work-outs.

And, as always....nice cock and bush. Make sure it gets a work-out as well.
