Hey guys. I'd like to start working out and getting a little more fit and was wondering if anyone here has any tips or advice for me? I'm 32, 5'6" and weigh about 135 lbs. I'd like to do some weight lifting and try to build some muscle. Do you guys think I should try to lose a little more belly fat first before I get into the weight lifting? Any tips, constructive criticism, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
