physical irritation can cause some inflamation, so if you are in pain after the fact, ibuprofen can help. i am yet to bottom, but i when i do, i might premed and take some before bottoming (they do the same thing with surgery, give a patient some NSAIDs right before cutting to stay ahead of the inflimation) lol.

It's not that difficult from a top's perspective.
