A really good friend of mine has only one. Unfortuantely, he lost the other as a result of a motocycle accident a few years ago. Fortunately, it has had no effect at all on his sexual abilities or anything else. According to his doctors, you can function perfectly normal with just one. Occasionally, I have seen guys like this at the gym as well. It's not real common but it's a fact of life. Sorry, no pics.

A good friend has only one. He was a police officer responding to a domestic violence call. As so often happens, when the cops tried to arrest and remove the husband for beating the shit out of his wife(she was the one who placed the call) she turned on the officers and kicked my friend so hard that it ruptured his testicle, she then tried to knife his fellow officer.

I had testicular cancer surgery two years ago. My right one is history. Doesn't affect me at all except I don't shoot as hard and far as I used to. (Used to be I couls hit the ceiling. Now just a few feet in the air).

I have a friend from college with one - the other had to be removed when he was about 20, for some reason - but it was replaced with an artificial one, so his sack still looks like it has two real ones in it. He showed it to me after it was done and you can't tell. We used to call it his "bionic ball". He gets along just fine.

I was with a guy once with 3 balls, too. His nut sac was HUGE (and I was impressed) and I figured out, after much intimacy, that there were THREE balls in there. I didn't say anything, of course, but that was the only time I've ever seen that.

Unfortunately yes,I have only one and it has been an embarrassment all my life. :

I only have one testicle as well. Sometimes it's an embarrassment for me, but I've only been rejected as a lover by one guy (and he admitted that he was being shallow). All of the rest of them wanted me back for more fun times. I've considered the prosthetic, but at this point, I'm sticking with just the natural one. If it's that embarrassing to you, maybe a prosthetic would help you to feel a little better in the long run. It's an individual choice that you have to make for yourself. Don't let other people make that decision for you.
