I absolutely love the show! I can't get enough! It's weird and the fact that Dylan McDermott is so hot is an added plus for me.
 
If Jessica Lange doesn't get an Emmy Nod for this show...there's something REALLY wrong! She is FANTASTIC in this show!


I'm interested in seeing how long they can keep this up though...as we all know Ryan Murphy can't keep a show good (Nip/Tuck, Glee)

I'm patiently awaiting that Constance bitch to finally get hers. She's such a bitch...and so damn good at it, probably why I like her, but the biscuit still needs to die.
 
I'm really enjoying it. Jessica Lange is outstanding.

Some one has said that there will be a different story line each year, if it gets picked up for future seasons. (Thus it could avoid the Nip/Tuck and Glee Murphy syndromes)

"Doc" Jenson at Entertainment Weekly's website is doing excellent and detailed recaps with lots of good insights.
 
people seem to be in love with Dylan McDermott, but I prefer the guy playing Tate. He's confident, sexy and crazy as fuck. He's the definition of a psycho, yet he draws me in and there's something about him I find incredibly hot. I love Tate! The guy is a really good actor too :)

So does this show actually contain any horror? Or does it only rely on bare ass and foul language for ratings?
 
^^There's been some horror and a good deal of graphic violence, along with a lot of allusions to the supernatural which will be examined as the show continues.

There was no nudity in episode 2, and the language was a little toned down from what was said in the pilot.
 
This show is getting too weird and annoying as hell. I think it would have made a great movie. It's like everybody on the show is majorly fucked up and, morbid, and deranged. Seeing that over-the-top weird shit on weekly basis is too much. It would help if there was one normal person who was trying to help the family or destroy the house, but everyone is just fuckin bonkers.

For you maybe, but some of us actually prefer to watch something different, something that can catch your attention, something we haven't seen a million times before. You don't like it? Fine.. we all live in a a free country. You're allowed to your opinion, but nobody is forcing you to watch if you didn't like it, then just don't watch more episodes.

I on the other hand LOVED it and am hooked.. but I always enjoy tv shows in the supernatural/horror/thriller kinda genre, so I knew it would be a perfect fit for me. I do realize it's not for everyone though. But I think those who like that genre will also end up enjoying it, like I did :)
 
This show has potential, but so far it's pretty terrible. It's gimmicky and there's no real suspense. I'll keep watching in hope, though.
 
Just started watching Episode 1.

Love horror movies and the previews to this got me.

Can't wait to catch 'Once Upon A Time'.

The neighbor lady with the daughter? (Forgot her name) KILLS her role.

Just ridiculous execution. The actor with Downs is always very good and they had me in stitches in the scene with the magazine.

We know that the gay owners basically killed each other because of the ghosts in the house. Quinto's role is going to be one of those owners.

In my head that means he is playing a really vivid ghost but the description in an article stated that he and the wife would become friends.

I don't get it. It could be a mistake for all I know just thought it was odd.
 
This show is great! It's so weird and that's what I love about it. I hope it continues strong through the whole season.

And man is that dad naked often. XD
I wonder who really impregnated Vivian. I'm pretty sure it was the latex dude, since she claims to be having a "weird' pregnancy.
 
I finally watched the first episode...loved it! I'd even have loved it if they hadn't thrown in the gratuitous butt shots of Dylan McDermott :drool:...glad they did though, and Rubber man, well, he kind of turns me on ;)

This is the kind of suspense horror thriller I like...and a bit of sex and eye candy too! (!w!)

I hope FX continues to post all the episodes online, so far only the 1st is on there...

Couldn't agree more! The carver was great.

Hmmm... Well it looks like I'm going to have to start watching this show with all of these good reviews. FX has a lot of really good shows.
