As I recall, Corbin Fisher is a little better about this than other sites. In at least half of the videos that I have seen, the condoms and lube are stashed under the pillow. I personally think it's just a matter of editing and polishing the film up for aesthetic purposes. They omit these parts out of the film, just to make the sex sequence flow more, but then again porn is just a business now, and less natural filming of the actual act of sex. Just my opinion in the matter.
