I don't hate Chet/Ryan, I just don't like them. They are entertaining though and I do respect that Ryan was able to survive 3 and a half years in Iraq at such a very young age. I also don't blame Ryan for washing his mouth after the drag queen kissed him. I'd do the same if a girl kissed me.

Thats just silly- I would hope as a gay man, you'd be a little more lenient with kissing a girl on the lips with absolutely no tongue for about half a second...

I have tremendous respect for all service men & women for what they've done and continue to do; but that doesn't make them exempt from being called out on how they choose to handle themselves or treat others.

Yet so many are acting like he deserves some medal of honor for what he did - when straight people do it all the time just for the sake of having a good time. But no way in hell would I have paid $100 for him to have done so. I would've paid twice that to leave his ass at the house...

I was reading an excerpt from HX where JD was interviewed. He says he got no lovin while he was in Brooklyn during the show. He said he sorta dated some guy but it was more of just a friendship/hanging out.

Was watching Lost so I only caught a little of this last night.
Scott is fulfilling his meathead-ish role, saying he's single when he's most definitely not, while obviously knowing he looks good (since he wants to model), which would attract others. Felt kind of sorry for Devyn.
Didn't catch the Ryan/Chet thing, sounds like I should be glad.

I know for us it's like "How can you not tell" but Devyn had no idea, Baya thought she was just a lesbian when she first met her and Chet had no idea either. It would be one thing if there were no cameras around but the way she did it was not right. I hate how it is kinda being edited for everyone to feel sorry for Katelynn even when she is doing fucked up things.

I agree JD IS too damn serious. He's a hot, single gay guy living in a huge house for free in NY, he needs to lighten up and not make everything an issue that needs to be formally discussed.

She wasn't into him, and that seemed obvious from the interaction between her and Devyn directly after. I kind of felt embarrassed for him.

As for the Katelyn issue, the entire show is filmed before it even goes to air. And these people sign releases for their faces to be shown on TV. It's quite possible that Katelyn DID tell Matt long before this was shown on television. There was another guy that Katelyn was dancing with in the club, and his face wasn't shown.

This week's episode was boring to me. Ryan is still singing and kind of sucking at it. Chet is still acting like an annoying idiot virgin schoolboy. Devyn is vomiting romantic desperation all over Scott while Scott continues to display little personality beyond attracting women. JD is still too serious. Katlyn is brutally naive and has a lot to learn about how she's going to love and live in this world as a transsexual woman. Sarah is still trying very hard to be open-minded...maybe a little too hard judging from the sometimes pained/annoyed look on her face which is often in stark contrast with the empathetic stuff that comes out of her mouth. I can't remember that other chick's name, but she sucks at dancing and is a bit annoying. No wonder her and Ryan get along so well.

Oh my God, if they do NOT stop showing Ryan's shitty singing I swear to God I'm going to walk myself into the bathtub and drown myself in it.

About everyone saying after the 3rd episode that JD's still too serious, he had about 1 line in the 3rd episode. He was serious in the first 2 episodes but he was heavily involved in the big plots. He has shown a fun side in the dailies which he's mostly shown just having fun.

This is coming from someone who doesn't think he's hot so don't think I'm defending him just for that. I don't think Ryan or Chet are hot either.

^I'm the one that first called Scott on being a "two-face". I think he does look good when he is dolled up. But in his confessionals and other times he looks slightly busted. Like he woke up from a hangover. His eyes look all crazy, his skin is all flushed, and his hair is a mess. I think JD looks good all the time. And Chet looks like his tacky self all the time.

I dont think he has a speech impediment. I think he has some kind of Mass or RHode Island accent that only comes out at certain times.
