Can you believe today marks the 10-year anniversary of Aaliyah's death? Damn, time really flies. I was only a mere 15 years old when she died in 2001. Still mourning for my girl. She was my #1. Rest in peace, angel!! ♥

She's definately missed...Don't forget to catch BET's 1hr special on her life airing many times over the next few days...

One in a Million & 4 page letter 2 of my favorites songs.
I only sat through Queen of The Damned because she was in it.
This is the best scene in the whole movie. That little dance she does.....|..|..|..|

I pretty much had this song on repeat all day yesterday. One of my absolute favorite songs, not just from Aaliyah but in general. R.I.P. BabyGirl.

Love Aaliyah! Such a loss to the world. Here are some of my favorite songs:

The One I Gave My Heart To

I Refuse

It's Whatever

I am sure she would of gone far with her music career and possibly movie acting career. :( I felt so torn when I heard about her death.

I'm still so bummed about her not being here. She was such a talent. Parents bought her Aaliyah album for me the day she died and found out the next morning about her death. So sad, I love her music, dancing, looks, and most importantly her personality. To this day, such an incredible artist and her songs absolutely dominates my playlist on any given occasion.

RIP Aaliyah

I've read that apparently there are enough unreleased songs that she recorded, esp for the Aaliyah album, to make 2 albums. However, a person that worked in one of her RC's said recently that he don't think we'll ever hear anything. There was a beef between the family members and the RCs and Timbaland, who short after Aaliyah's death, left the Blackground records and he currently is the owner of most of the unreleased songs. So it'll be very difficult tosolve this.
