This movie is amazing. I was just watching the ending scene, where the actual and REAL people that Schindler helped saving went to his grave...powerful scene! Had me crying here. :(
I guess this is an appreciation thread for this amazing movie! :)

Schindler's List is an extremely powerful movie that everyone should see. I've seen it many times and feel that Spielberg did a fantastic job of recreating the concentration camps and the fear that those in concentration camps felt. My heart breaks each time I watch it.

During an interview he said he waited so long into his career to make this movie because he felt he was not seasoned enough to do the subject justice.

I agree it is an extremely powerful movie and everyone should see it. I lost an uncle whose last known address was in Auschwitz, my mother searched for him for years; unfortunately she won't watch it because she says it will make her sad.

I absolutely love the scene where Oskar was presented with the ring (I know, everyone loves that scene).

Awww man. So sorry to hear about that. It's so tragic. :(

A masterpiece, for sure.

Not an easy film to watch, but a film everyone should watch.

It was one of the first films I saw that depicted people being shot in the head in a cold - and realistic way. That scene where the woman gets shot and she just drops to the floor lifeless still haunts me.
