...I dunno, everywhere I go I'm in the minority on this film. I thought Roberts was a wonderful psycho. I thought the film was the best since the first.

I did enjoy psycho Emma, but I think this entry was the worst in the series. I dunno, maybe it would've had a different impact seeing it on the big screen. Diggin' the opening more and more though. Lucy and Shenae totally could've been the new trilogy's Sidney and Gale

U know what? Besides Sidney, I don't think I connected with ANY of the characters(not counting Lucy and Shenae's) Not even Gale, who's probably my favorite of the series. She just wasn't the same. The new kids were god-awful, couldn't wait to see 'em all dying bloody Olivia and Charlie were completely forgettable. Trevor was useless. Kinda hot, but just useless. Kirby was probably the most annoying character in the series, but that might be more about my dislike of Hayden P. Jill sucked as a lead, but I again, I did like her in the finale. They're gonna have to step it up if they're planning on going on with the franchise.

It makes me beyond sad that anyone can dislike Kirby or Hayden Panettiere, but that's why we have taste and opinions "obvious some are better than others". However, I too liked Jenny and I was horrified how could anyone kill a midget?

I had only known Hayden from Proactiv commercials, which is pretty silly considering her creamy smooth complexion. I did like her in the movie though.

Do you know what it was like, growing up in this family, related to you! All i ever heard was Sidney this and Sydney that! Sidney Sidney Sidney! You were always just so fucking special!

I saw it, but the movie was just ok. I connected with none of the new kids expect maybe Kirby. The kills were way too rushed and Sidney, Gale and Dewey were barely in this. I spent the whole time only on the edge of my seat because of fear that one of the original characters might get killed. Other than that I could've care less about the killer because the story was a mess. Sidney kicking ass throughout the whole movie was the only worthwhile thing. The reveal was anticlimactic but the ending was good.

I have the same opinion. The movie failed from start to finish. It literally ruined the back story of what I thought the whole Scream franchise was about. I mean.. her cousin? Really? I'd rather they left the story off where Scream 3 ended, than bring in another movie with a crap plot. The only thing I enjoyed about the movie was Adam Brody's and Hayden Panettiere's --I have a huge girl crush on her-- screen time.
