Sorry for extra post but missed the edit:

Can anyone tell me what Randy says about what turns him on at the beginning of the Eddie scene? Listened to it a dozen times @ varying speeds and still cant cipher it.

Photo stills: I'm finding myself increasingly into the g-rated/boardshorts 'boyfriend' shots. They look like they're on an Atlantis Cruise or some other 'gaycation'. Very cute! I wish they'd stop with all the in-and-out close-ups -- we all know what a dick and asshole look like!

I am pretty sure he is saying "being read to" as in being read to at bedtime. Then Eddie asks him what he (Randy) likes to have read to him and Randy responds with something like "a good mystery would do it". Apparently they are referring to some previous conversation that Randy had and are unclear as to when and with whom that took took place. Hope this helps.

Though I'm not a big fan of David the scene wasn't bad. The new Tate is pretty impressive. Did anyone see the BTS interview with Tate where he speaks about his first orgasm while being fucked? He was charmingly honest about how intense it was for him and that it surprised him that it was so intense. I like his new body. He has a boyish kind of charm I find attractive.

I'd just like to say that the new guy Michael is yummy. I like his voice too. Not sure he caught the "pitcher/catcher" innuendo, but I hope he did and meant what he said!

Oh, good Lord. Really? Eye roll and open palm to the face. I'm not crazy about Michael because I don't find him attractive. I could care less about his race. If you love him, I think that's wonderful. That's what's great about SC - there's a rainbow of guys on the site and there's something for everyone. If you're not crazy about one of the models, you just have to wait a few days for the next one.

A rainbow of guys? I'll have what you're having... About 99% of all SC guys are white. There had been a couple of black guys and a small amount of (white-washed) mixed ones, but through and through, SC is beige like my neighbors' living room.. An asian one comes up and you all of a sudden go "No thanks, next please". If you don't like him, just say nothing and wait for the next one, because nothing you say will make him disappear.

I don't fancy Asian guys either. Does that make me a racist if I don't feel like fucking him?

I've always found those exclusionary profiles disturbing -- they just generate a lot of unnecessary ill will! If I'm not interested I simply don't respond.

On the other hand, if I'm in the mood for, say, "chocolate" I'll say so in my profile. Is it racist to want to be with a member of a certain race?

I'm excited about Michael if only because these sites seem to have a difficult time recruiting men of color.

It's just that kronenburg's comment was unecessary unless there was reason for dismissing a model featured for the nth time.

It sounded like he was angry (or at least annoyed) at them for putting Michael up. Some models aren't my type, and others have that same experience; they use different words for it.

For an Asian guy, Michael is really hot. Nice to have some diversity in SC. ;)

While SC is 99% white, they have featured their share of black models and...gasp...even some Asian men (that hot muscle stud Immanuel, anyone)? I'm sorry I don't love Michael like you do, but you really need to get off your high horse and just enjoy the sex.

Love the new pairing Oliver and Porter! Porter is always good fun in his videos!

Still waiting for that gorgeous guy Chris to return!

Yeah, because microaggressions aren't anything real. Nothing is, unless it bothers a white guy. </sarcasm>

Perhaps some explanation would be worthwhile: "He's attractive for an Asian guy" is racially insensitive (putting it gently) because it implies that Asian guys generically are unattractive, or at least less attractive than some other races in the speaker's mind.

This is a different statement than saying "I'm usually not into Asian guys." That's about you and your libido, rather than implying a judgement on an entire race (and you know, it's pretty hard to judge an entire race without being racist). Does it need to be said? Probably not. Still a bit rude, but not blatantly racist.

The difference is the assumption (or at least the implication) that your own taste, your own opinion, is some kind of universal truth. To take a less charged example, what would you think of someone who said "Beer is disgusting!" Compare your reaction to "I don't like beer" (which I, for one, do not). It would not be unfair to judge that the first person is kind of a jerk, whereas the second is just stating a personal preference.

When people are involved, everything is magnified. When people who've spent their whole lives coping with hundreds of microaggressions on a daily basis are involved, everything is greatly magnified. And what they hear may not be what you meant to say, but it's still on you to communicate in a way that conveys what you meant, not on them to hear you as you want to be heard.

Imagine some people you're not out to saying of someone else "He's pretty intelligent for a gay guy." Hmm?

I feel like you do about exclusionary profiles.

And yes, it's a bit racist to want to be w/a member of a certain race simply b/c they're a member of that certain race. But it works out anyway if one finds someone else who's also fetishizing one for one's race.

I (almost) never appreciate it when a guy tells me he's into me b/c he's into Black guys b/c it makes me feel imminently replaceable by any of the millions of other Black guys out there. It doesn't make me feel special. I (usually) prefer it if a guy keep that to himself and make me think he's into me for all that I am and not just my race.
