Seriously, George Santos deserves his own thread

I think the Anthony Devolder thing still has the potential to come back and really bite him in the ass as well...because people who use one alias often have a history of using variations....and sometimes for fraudulent purposes.

Trump also did this with his 'John Barron' aliases.

But if, as Anthony Devolder, he pulled some sort of scam like the stolen cheques thing in Brazil...it is going to catch up with him.

I have to think that there are media outlets and independent journalists out there who are very, very busy combing through his past now. I can't think that Vanity Fair will pass up this chance.
 
Santos also reportedly used ‘Anthony Zabrovsky’ alias on a charity GoFundMe page...and we haven't seen anything more on that as far as I know?

Of course his full name is supposedly George Anthony Devolder Santos so I guess he gets to pick and choose which pieces he uses and at which times he uses them. But it really does smack of creating and fronting different Personae for different occasions.

He's from Brazil, so that name should be using the Portuguese surname rule which is maternal last name then paternal last name (opposite of most of the countries settled by Spaniards).

It's still a bit shady if his immigration/naturalization papers say that his paternal last name is "Santos" to be using "Devolder", but at least he's consistent in his shadiness.

Next, I'm expecting that we're going to find out he's trans and his birthname was Jorgelina.

I would think that someone so devious would also be potentially very dangerous. Santos is the sort that would pull out a semi-automatic in a crowded room and start shooting. They had better clip this dude's wings and ground him.

I think it is this Ponzi scheme that may bring him down.

And at the moment he probably is counting on being immune from prosecution as long as he is in congress. Like Matt Gaetz.
