The typo-ridden biography page for a Wikipedia user called “Anthonydevolder” – an alias formerly used by Rep. George Santos (R-NY) – claimed he acted alongside Uma Thurman in the film, The Invasion. However, Thurman was not in that film, nor were any of the other actors he listed as having roles. The bio says the movie was filmed in 2009, but it was actually released in 2007....

You might want to watch that Maher video. Putting him with Colin Kaepernick just wins him fans on the left.

The only solution at this point is for a US Representative to be sent to a Brazilian prison for theft by check. Neither the left or the right wants to see old people get robbed.

I think Maher's observation is an astute observation. It also explains Kyrsten Sinema's illogical positions on issues. It's not about having any political philosophy or political positions. It's about saying whatever it takes to get your name in the media, saying whatever it takes to get elected and saying whatever it takes to stay in office.

Santos, Devolder, Ravache or whatever he's calling himself these days, just made the mistake of doing it when there was a recording device nearby.

The reason I think Maher nailed it is because unfortunately I can easily see myself voting for him based on his story and not realizing he was a liar and con man.

I can only remember one time in my life I voted for a republican and that was Arnold Schwarzenegger for his 2nd term. That was based on his performance and stance from the first term and his socially liberal fiscally conservative POV.
