I was never the "jock" when I was young. Kinda strange then that I should wind up as an "athlete".
I have been pretty much into all forms of endurance sport. Running, swimming, cycling and triathlon - (funny, that last one

). Lost count of the number of marathons, ultra marathons etc. Eventually wound up getting involved in triathlon - mainly long course/Ironman (well - so that's a surprise?!)
After about 20+ years of all this idiocy, I finally discovered sanity - now I just tend to do what I feel like - might be a MtnBike ride, an ocean swim, a Run, paddling the kayak, etc. No structure (or insane goals) these days - just whatever makes me feel good. Hey - well - I am getting older - ain't gonna set any personal best times more - so it's all about doing what you enjoy. I still like to stay fit and feel good tho"
As for the spectator sports - well....most of them
In addition to the sports in which I have had a direct involvement, I like to watch tennis, athletics, motorsport...and probably a few others I haven't mentioned. Oh - and of course - I'll keep an eye on the various football codes played in Australia - and cricket...
Oh - and did I mention, any form of Olympic sport will generally have me glued to the TV (except for synchronised swimming, rythmic gymnastics and dressage). Actually, you can strike out almost ANYTHING equestrian - let's face it - Dressage is probably marginally less interesting than watching paint dry
