Infact, it was really funny. I put it up there with Scary Movie 1, 2 and Not Another Teen Movie. I thought it'd suck since the trailers looked so bad and all those new spoof movies are some of the most unfunny movies out there but I decided to give it a chance anyways when I found out it was a different writer. Like the first Scary Movie, it stuck with mainly being a parody of 1 movie (Spiderman). They didn't just stick in as many movie references and pop culture references as possible. It was written by someone else, not the 2 idiots who made the Date, Epic, Disaster, and Meet the Spartans movies. It's sad that those 2 idiots killed it since the first of those spoof movies were actually funny.
I went to IMDB and a lot of the posters pretty much thought the same thing. That it's one of the funniest and is no where near as horrible as the Date, Epic, Disaster and Meet the Spartans movies. It still has a low rating though, probably from a lot of people who haven't watched the movie but assumed that it was going to suck (Can't blame them) and just wanted those type of movies to go away.
