Superman Returns Sequel

The first one was great...but it sorely needed more action. Hopefully we'll actually see him punch somebody...

Was it really so spectacular that it warranted a second? I mean, I liked it, but...

Like batman begins is good enough in my opinion to warrant a sequel. X-Men was, too...but Superman was kind of like a spectacle. He returns. He's staying. 'Nuff said.
 
Singer said that with the whole 'semi-origin' out of the way, he's gonna concentrate more on the action elements for the next film. Goddamn do I want to see Darkseid. And that damn dog Krypto too!
 
Krypto ROCKS! He would be the comedy relief. I would like to see him battle a giant Metallo or Bizarro.
 
I didnt watch it just to see him, I thought it was a good movie.

Some people and I have different opinions, because I really didnt like x-men, I thought it was lame, and I didnt think it warrented three movies.

I didn't watch for Brandon, I watched because Kevin Spacey is from planet AWESOME.

And when Clark threw the ball to the moon when his dog wanted to play catch convinced me that Superman is a JERK.

thought the movie was awsome, cgi was unbelievable(man i can watch that shuttle scene a million times!!), brandon sure did rise to the occasion and was really good, kate did alright(although resemled jessica simpson quite alot).And kevin and ms.posey were well, super.
but the main story was a big setback and the creation of a new land-mass thing.....which supeman movie have i seen that in :confused:

but a sequel, now thats great news ..|
 
Superman Returns was amazing. I'm so glad they're going ahead with a sequel. Lets cross our fingers that it doesn't suck.


And btw, I fell in love with Superman thanks to this film. :)
 
Woah... I didnt watch the movie just for Brandon. I didnt even know who he was. I went cuz Superman is my favorite superhero. Brandon being hot and all is just the icing.

About Superman's sequel, I'm just curious : how much money will they spend, this time ?... I mean, the first movie was not so bad, and Brandon Routh was pretty good, playing that character (well... at least in the outtakes...), but I'll never understand how british, NZ, spanish, even mexican or french directors now, can make amazing movies, with huge SFX, with less than 75 million $ (less than 50, most of time), and Hollywood directors just buy sandwiches for the crew with the same money... :rolleyes:

OK... I'm just angry because they did not chose Henry Cavill to play Superman... If you could see what he looks like now, you'd agree with me... (just check "The Tudors" serie...)
