Survivor - Fans vs. Favorites

Tyson was so funny on his original season, I wish he does the same if called back again. Him & Courtney the funniest 2 people on this show ever, IMO. Sandra a close second.

Well I have yet to see any official word from CBS on this supposed ban. The whole story just seems odd. And Russell has been known to say/tweet alot of shit (it boosts ratings). But maybe I was paranoid and hopefully neither one is returning. No shooting hasn't started yet, but it does start this month. The S27 players are likely already there being "prepped"; they don't just arrive from the airport and start shooting.

Personally, I think that bringing any Hantz member back to Survivor or anywhere else is a disrespect to other players. It is a proven fact that they are physically dangerous. Brandon's crack up on this season and his uncle's on BB. I would be sorely disappointed if they took that risk again.

It's amazing how Russell actually seems to be the sanest one in his family, honestly. And he's been surprisingly on-point with his criticisms of the show's stories and twists lately. It's scary.

I read somewhere on the internet today that Erik said that he had hurt his leg a couple of days before and had ignored it, as well as the show's staff, but that he had gotten an infection and that caused his dizziness.

To add to that, I also saw that they tried giving him penicillin when he was actually slightly allergic to it, which contributed to his physical state when he got pulled. They really did not explain the evac well on the show. It was basically like, "Well, he's starved and dehydrated" but surely everyone else on Survivor is too. Except maybe Stephenie "Big Hongry" Lagrossa in Guatemala.

I'd actually love to know what the policies for medical evacuations are on this show. Other than Michael in Australia, they went so many seasons without anybody being removed and now it's like every season has an evacuation. I know in Australia, Elisabeth's hair was falling out because she was so malnourished but they never removed her, and supposedly two contestants in Africa (Lindsey and Lex) were taken to the hospital to be rehydrated or something without being pulled from the game. But Erik gets dizzy and they're pulling out the stretcher for him even though he was fine the next day at TC.

the horrible reunion ever!!!

thats just so disrespectful towards the pre-merged survivors

and talking about Blood vs Water
Rupert is going for 4 times? is he gonna pull Boston Rob Redemption Island lol

let's see

Im interested in how Colton changes the game from One World or do the same :D

What a bullshit answer:

EW: For the first time ever, anyone voted out before the jury was not invited to sit on the stage for the reunion show. Why is that and why was Brandon Hantz not invited to come to the reunion show?
PROBST: Regarding Brandon, we had a conversation and everyone, including Brandon, felt this was the best decision. Regarding the jury, the main reason was staging. We were on a new stage this year and our design couldn’t accommodate the usual enormous amount of people we have at the reunion. But having done it once, we may do this same configuration again in the future. The truth is, it’s very difficult to manage 20 people in an interview situation, and the staging last night was much more manageable. The hardest part of all of this is that it is so disappointing to the non-jury. I completely empathize with them feeling left out. Like it or not, the priority is for us to produce the best reunion show we can. Quite often when someone is voted out early they just don’t have enough story to warrant a spot on the reunion show. It doesn’t mean they aren’t deserving people, they just didn’t get to play long enough.

I also dont get the Blood VERSUS Water

If we look at previous "subtitles" we had Heroes Vs Villains, fans Vs Favorites they make sense

But blood Vs Water doesnt make ny sense if there's a tribe of previous Players Vs a tribe of familly

Anyway the cast thet has been spoiled is not really exciting besides maybe Tyson and Laura... But the others are Meh

(And rupert a 4th time ?? really ??)

Francesca and Corinne had WAY more of a story this year than Michael or Erik on the jury. If you're gonna justify this lousy reunion Probst, you best come correct.

True, I think we wont remember much bout Allie/Hope/Shamar the same way Erik/natalie B. / Alexis or even Jason

Yes, you can bet on the Hantz's returning next season. Brandon was not in the reunion last night. Not because he was banned, but because he is in the northern Philippines where shooting starts this week. So his dear uncle is there too. The reason the rest of the reunion cast was not on stage (for the first time in Survivor history) is because they did not want to draw attention to Brandon being absent and make people suspicious.

I wish I had better news. . .

The Hantz's are going to have their own show this Summer, I think

Agreed, and then they didn't have much food and rewards like they do now

He must be joking... even friggin Jonathan Libby who left on the first day in Palau was there and he was irrelevant

The people who were voted out premerge are the ones I want to hear from most.

Probst's biggest problem is his own ego. I think he talks too much (did on his own show), at the reunion talking over everyone (including the winner), and while the challenges are going on ( I start losing interest in the outcome because he is driving me crazy with blabbing).

Not to mention jizzing all over the kinds of players he likes (manly men or geeky men who grew up watching Survivor and worship him) and having nothing left for other interesting people.

- Erik getting bitch-slapped by Sherri and told to sit down during final TC was awesome!
- Cochrain looked cute at the reunion.

Apparently Kat's loved one on the next season is Hayden from BB12? WTF? I thought people on Sucks were just being funny or ironic by making a running joke of a loved one having the same name as him, but it seems like he is actually the Hayden who's going on there with her. I mean.... out of all of the people who have ever been on BB, that's the first one they manage to get onto Survivor? Ugh x infinity.

In recent years, I've thought that CBS edits Jeff's voiceovers in i.e. Probst records them when they get back to the States. This could've been their procedure dating back to the show's debut.
